Pricing Policy

All prices listed on the websites are subject to change. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right, prior/post-acceptance of your order pursuant to our terms, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Please note that the colors of items and products may depend on your monitor and may vary.
The availability of products and other items on each of the Sites may change at any time, without notice.

Payment Terms

For each product or service, your order on any of the Sites, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes/entry tax, surcharges, and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order.

Orders above or equal to Rs. 5,000 value will not qualify for cash on delivery. The amount has to be paid through online payment options available on the website. 

Any amount above Rs. 50,000 order value will have to be accompanied by a PAN copy and customer details as per RBI KYC norms.

The Fun Basket™ doesn’t take responsibility for any transaction, which is processed without your consent and knowledge. The cardholder is solely and totally liable for the transactions and the amount charged on his A/c.

Please check your junk mail folder as your security software may redirect confirmations there sometimes. Please check your copy of the order carefully and let us know if any items are incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please send the unboxing video of the product at within a specified time i.e. 7 days from the date of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund.


For COD Orders no cancellation will be entertained once the order is confirmed and agreed upon as per terms.

Cancellation For Prepaid:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order where there is no service to the delivery location.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order due to the non-availability of the product or pricing error post informing the customer about the same.
  • Product not delivered after 10 business days of placing the order and customer requests for cancellation of same and a refund will be issued.
  • For your convenience and flexibility, you can make a modification to the shipping address or instructions within 4 hours of placing the order and your payment has been successful.
  • All our products are ready to ship. If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at and a WhatsApp on +91-9783354545 within 12 hours of order placement and we'll sort it out.
  • For cancellations of orders, a cancellation charge of Rs. 50 or 1.5% of invoice value whichever is higher will be deducted and the balance amount of your order will be processed. Any other cancellation refunds will be entirely at The Fun Basket™ discretion. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Process for Returns or Replacement or Refund

  1. Before requesting of return or replacement or refund please send the unboxing video of the product at within a specified time i.e. 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. We recommend you to send 2-3 clear pictures of the box, product, and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify the details, investigate the issue and speak to you personally to resolve the issues.
  4. Please note that the resolution differs from case to case basis and it's The Fun Basket™ / company discretion to give the justified resolution suiting to all parties.
  5. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  6. Once the product returned or cancelled is verified by our team the customer will get refund in 4-5 business days.
